1. CONTEST OVERVIEW AND ELIGIBILITY 

The Pure Sunfarms BC-Grown Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Pure Sunfarms Corp. (the “Sponsor”), 4431 80th Street, Delta, BC V4K 3N3. The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on June 4, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 18, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). The Contest is conducted via a link disseminated in the Pure Sunfarms newsletter. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase odds of winning. Any in-store point-of-sale materials related to the Contest are for awareness purposes only; no store visit, receipt, or interaction with in-store materials is required to enter. 

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry and who have subscribed to the Pure Sunfarms newsletter. The following persons are not eligible: employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, contractors, and retailers of the Sponsor, its advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members of any such persons. 

2. HOW TO ENTER AND ODDS OF WINNING 

2.1 During the Contest Period (June 4, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET to June 18, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET), each individual who is subscribed to the Pure Sunfarms newsletter will automatically receive a link into the Contest. Any non-subscribers who receive the contest link will be required to subscribe to our newsletter to enter.  

2.2 Limit of one (1) entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s odds of winning. No store visit, receipt, point-of-sale scan, or interaction with in-store materials is required. 

2.3 The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. 

3. PRIZE, WINNER SELECTION, AND NOTIFICATION 

3.1 Prize. One (1) prize is available, consisting of one (1) Pure Sunfarms branded cap and one (1) Pure Sunfarms branded scarf (approximate retail value: CAD $100). The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. 

3.2 Winner Selection. On or about June 20, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. 

3.3 Notification. The potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw. The potential winner must, within five (5) business days of notification: (a) respond confirming acceptance; (b) correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance; and (c) execute and return a declaration of compliance, liability release, and eligibility confirmation. Failure to satisfy any requirement will result in disqualification, and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner. The Sponsor will ship the prize to the confirmed winner at no cost. 

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS 

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify this Contest. Any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, or engages in fraudulent conduct will be disqualified. 

By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to indemnify the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in this Contest or acceptance or use of the Prize. The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty of any kind. 

By accepting the Prize, the Winner consents to the Sponsor’s use of the Winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrants agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Official Rules. 

5. PRIVACY AND GOVERNING LAW 

5.1 Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for Contest administration, prize fulfilment, and related purposes, and will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://puresunfarms.com/terms-and-conditions/privacy-policy/. By entering, each entrant consents to such collection, use, and disclosure. 

5.2 This Contest and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of the Province of British Columbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to this Contest.
