Contest Rules and Regulations (the “Rules and Regulations”)

1. CONTEST

1.1 The PURE SUNFARMS GANJIKA HOUSE GIVEAWAY (the “Contest”) provides Ontario residents with a chance to win a branded swag kit consisting of a toque, hoodie, and YETI cooler, with an approximate retail value of five hundred Canadian dollars ($500 CAD) (the “Prize”).

2. CONTEST PERIOD

2.1 The Contest begins on the date first advertised at Ganjika House and continues until terminated by the Sponsor in its sole discretion upon reasonable notice posted at the retail location (the “Contest Period”). Draws will occur approximately every two (2) months throughout the Contest Period.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 The Contest is sponsored by Pure Sunfarms Corp. (“PSF” or the “Sponsor”) and is open to legal residents of the Province of Ontario who are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to enter or win: employees, agents, representatives, officers, directors, and shareholders of PSF, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons domiciled with any such individuals (collectively, “Participants” or individually, a “Participant”).

3.2 PSF may, in its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify any individual from participation in the Contest and/or refuse to award a Prize where the Participant has registered or attempted to register for the Contest by:

(a) providing false and/or misleading information; and/or

(b) any means which would prejudice other Participants in the Contest, whether contrary to the Rules and Regulations or through fraudulent and/or illegal means.

3.3 Participation in the Contest constitutes the unconditional acceptance by the Participant of these Rules and Regulations and the decisions of PSF, which are final and binding in all respects. Participants further waive their right to contest any decision made by PSF, including but not limited to decisions concerning any aspect of the Contest, PSF’s interpretation of the Rules and Regulations, or determinations regarding the eligibility of Contest Entries.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase a Participant’s chances of winning a Prize.

4.2 To enter the Contest, a Participant must visit Ganjika House located in Ontario during the Contest Period and either (a) complete a physical ballot entry form with the required information (including the Participant’s full legal name, telephone number, email address, and mailing address) and deposit the completed ballot into the designated entry box, or (b) complete an electronic ballot entry with the required information using a QR code (each physical or electronic entry being a “Contest Entry”). Each completed and submitted ballot constitutes one (1) Contest Entry.

4.3 Limit of one (1) Contest Entry per person per draw period. Multiple entries from the same person during the same draw period may result in disqualification of all entries from that person for that draw period.

4.4 All Contest Entries become the property of PSF and will not be returned.

5. DRAWS

5.1 One (1) Prize will be awarded approximately every two (2) months throughout the Contest Period. Draws will take place on or about the following dates, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter (each a “Draw Date”):

· On or about April 1, 2026

· On or about June 1, 2026

· On or about August 1, 2026

· On or about October 1, 2026

· On or about December 1, 2026

· On or about February 1, 2027

5.2 Each draw will be conducted by random selection from among all eligible Contest Entries received during the applicable draw period by one or more representatives of PSF

(the “Selecting Judge”) at the offices of PSF located at 4431 80th St, Delta, BC V4K 3N3 (the “Draw Location”).

5.3 For each draw, one (1) eligible Contest Entry will be selected at random from all eligible entries received since the previous Draw Date (or, for the first draw, since the start of the Contest Period). The selected Participant is the “Selected Participant.”

5.4 The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible Contest Entries received during the applicable draw period.

6. PRIZES

6.1 There are a total of six (6) Prizes available to be won during the Contest Period. Each Prize consists of a Pure Sunfarms branded swag kit containing: one (1) toque, one (1) hoodie, and one (1) YETI cooler. The approximate retail value of each Prize is five hundred Canadian dollars ($500 CAD).

6.2 Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, assignable, or convertible to cash. No substitutions will be permitted except at PSF’s sole discretion. PSF reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM

7.1 Each Selected Participant will be notified by PSF by email and/or telephone within five (5) business days following the applicable Draw Date.

7.2 If PSF is unable to contact a Selected Participant within seven (7) days following the Draw Date, or if a Selected Participant does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or if a Selected Participant does not agree to accept the Prize in accordance with these Rules and Regulations, the Selected Participant shall be disqualified and the Selecting Judge shall select another eligible Contest Entry at random.

7.3 Before being declared a winner and receiving the Prize, each Selected Participant must:

(a) be reached by telephone and/or email by PSF within seven (7) days following the Draw Date;

(b) provide proof of identity and age by submitting a copy of valid government-issued photo identification;

(c) correctly answer, without assistance of any kind (whether mechanical or otherwise), a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by PSF;

(d) sign and return a Declaration and Release Form in the form provided by PSF within the time period specified; and

(e) otherwise comply with these Rules and Regulations.

7.4 If a Selected Participant fails to satisfy any of the conditions set out in Section 7.3, PSF may, in its sole discretion, disqualify that Selected Participant and select an alternate winner.

7.5 The Prize will be delivered to the confirmed winner by mail or courier to the mailing address provided on the Contest Entry, or by such other method as determined by PSF, within approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks following verification of eligibility and completion of all required documentation.

7.6 By accepting the Prize, the winner grants PSF the right to use his or her name, city and province of residence, photograph, likeness, and statements regarding the Contest for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS

8.1 PSF shall not be responsible for any Contest Entries that are lost, stolen, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or delayed for any reason.

8.2 All Contest Entries are subject to verification by PSF. Any Contest Entry that is illegible, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules and Regulations, as determined in the sole discretion of PSF, shall be disqualified.

8.3 Decisions by PSF with respect to all aspects of the Contest are final and binding.

8.4 PSF assumes no responsibility for: (a) any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; (b) communications line or telephone, electronic, or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (c) theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Contest Entries; or (d) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, or software, or any failure of any email or Contest Entry to be received by PSF due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website.

8.5 PSF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond PSF’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. PSF reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Contest.

8.6 PSF reserves the right to modify these Rules and Regulations at any time, provided that any such modification does not materially affect the rights of Participants.

8.7 For the purposes of these Rules and Regulations, the Participant is the person whose name appears on the Contest Entry. This is the person who will be awarded the Prize if selected and eligible.

8.8 These Rules and Regulations govern the Contest. In the event of any discrepancy between these Rules and Regulations and any other Contest-related materials, these Rules and Regulations shall prevail.

8.9 The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

8.10 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and Participants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.

9. PRIVACY

9.1 By entering the Contest, each Participant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of his or her personal information (including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address) by PSF for the purposes of administering the Contest, including contacting potential winners, verifying eligibility, and delivering Prizes.

9.2 PSF will not use or disclose a Participant’s personal information for any purpose other than administering the Contest unless express consent is obtained from the Participant. 10. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH PARTICIPANT EXPRESSLY AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS PSF AND ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, PRIZE SUPPLIERS, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE LEGAL FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO: (A) PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST; (B) THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE; (C) ANY BREACH OF THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS; OR (D) ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, INVASION OF PRIVACY, COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, OR TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST OR ANY PRIZE.

THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

THE RELEASED PARTIES DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM OR MOBILE DEVICE RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR FROM ACCESSING ANY CONTEST-RELATED WEBSITE.
