If you are not satisfied with your purchase at the time you receive it, or the item fails at any time due to defects in materials or workmanship, you can return it for replacement or refund, at our discretion.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Etobicoke, Ontario. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Shipping and Handling
Canadian Shipping Rates
Flat rate, Standard Shipping: $9 CAD
Your package will be shipping using one of the following carriers: Purolator, UPS, FedEx, Canpar, Dicom, and DHL.
Shipping Outside of Canada & Quebec
Due to regulations we do not offer shipping outside of Canada and to Quebec at this time. If this is something you would like to see from us in the future. please email us at email@example.com or call us at 1-888-207-4360
All orders begin processing the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday as our shipping department closes over the weekend. Pure Sunfarms will ship within 48 hours after processing has begun.
Please expect 3-7 business days for shipping within Canada. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or statutory holidays.
Lost and Damaged Items
Pure Sunfarms is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider and we do not assume any liability for lost or damaged packages.
Returns & Exchanges
Once your order is fulfilled you have 14 days to begin a return. You will receive a return label via email.
To begin a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your state ‘Return’ and the Order # in the subject line. Ex: Return Request Order #1000. In the body of your email, please explain the reason for the return request.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with hangtags attached.
Discounted items, headwear, face masks, and all non-apparel items and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Accepted Payment Methods
Pure Sunfarms reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraudulent activity. Any orders cancelled as a result of this will be notified by email refunded in full.
Consumer’s Right to Cancel
You may cancel this contract from the day you enter into the contract until 10 days after you receive the contract. You do not need a reason to cancel.
If you do not receive the goods or services within 30 days of the date stated in the contract, you may cancel this contract within one year of the contract date. You lose that right if you accept delivery after 30 days. There are other grounds for extended cancellation. For more information, you may contact the provincial consumer affairs office.
If you cancel this contract, the supplier has 15 days to refund your money and any trade-in, or the cash value of the trade in. You must then return the goods.
To cancel, you must give notice of cancellation at the address in this contract. You must give notice of cancellation by a method that will allow you to prove that you gave notice, including registered mail, fax, or personal delivery.
